N8n Zack is a private automation application used to connect authorized Google services with personal n8n workflows.

Google account access

The application accesses Google account data only after the user explicitly authorizes access through Google OAuth.

Data accessed

Depending on the permissions granted, the application may access Google Drive files and Google Sheets data needed to perform automation workflows requested by the user.

How data is used

Google user data is used only to perform the requested automation tasks. This may include reading, creating, updating, organizing, moving, or otherwise processing authorized files and spreadsheet data.

Data sharing and advertising

• Google user data is not sold.
• Google user data is not used for advertising.
• Google user data is not shared with third parties except where necessary to perform the requested automation service or where required by law.

Data storage

Automation data may be processed by the systems used to run the user's private n8n workflows. Access is limited to what is necessary for those workflows.

Revoking access

The user can revoke the application's Google account access at any time from their Google Account security and connected-app settings.
